Since RN Heals 4 has been finally confirmed being still part of the DOH 2013 proposed budget, it’s time to start filling up the table for RN Heals 4 updates. The information below are based from our fellow nurses who are as well keeping everyone updated with the said program at Nurse Germz Page.
Each and every respective region rows and column section would be filled up until finally, the day of RN Heals 4 deployment. So, come back every now and then for the updates.

mga co nurses, i went to Fabella hospital yesterday (Sept. 28) at close na sila in accepting application for RN HEALS. Kahit naka post na dun na CLOSE NA sa Personnel, still, nagtanong pa rin ako at yun nga daw di na sila nag a-accept. Kaka close lang last Thursday (sept 27). Malas! 🙂 So let’s continue hanap parin sa ibang hospital here in Metro Manila 🙂

Ito mga requirements:
1. Handwritten Application Letter adressed to
Dr. RUBEN C. FLORES
Medical Center Chief II
Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital
Lope de Vega, Sta. Cruz, Manila
2. Comprehensive Resume (2 passpot size picture with white background)
3. Photocopy of Transcript of Record and Diploma
4. Certificate of Eligibility: Board Certificate/ Board Rating/ Board passing
4. Photocopy of Certificates for seminars and trainings attended
5. Photocopy of ID’s (PRC-PNA-ANSAP IVT and etc)
6. NSO
Bring all the original copies together with the photocopies.

(back read comments below – regarding po dito, san po ba to comments na to na post.di ko mahanap. wala pa daw po kasi advise talaga. waiting pa kami sa bicol. sabi ng iba open na daw then pumunta yung friend ko di pa daw nag aacept. anyway thanks for your website, it’s helpful. dito ako kumukuha ng updates regarding RN Heals.

in my region, the PHO of DOH will be the one na pwede magpass. siguro ganun din sa ibang CHD. 🙂
