On February 5, 2012, Department of Health announced a total number of 13,000 Nurses plus Midwives for RN Heals 3 March Deployment compared last year which is 10,000 nurses.

Recruitment for the said 13,000 Nurses plus Midwives for RN Heals 3 March Deployment breaking down into 10,000 Nurses and additional 3,000 Midwives is ongoing and expected completion will be by the end of this month.

“The recruitment and selection shall be done by the respective Center for Health Development (CMDs) to be completed by February,” the DOH said.

The respective13, 000 Nurses plus Midwives for RN Heals 3 March Deployment will undergo a general orientation scheduled during the first week of March before the proper deployment.

And for those coming from the previous batches who have rendered satisfactory services and performances have the opportunity to still be part of the respective13, 000 Nurses plus Midwives for RN Heals March Deployment but until the end of contract. By next week, re-application starts.
