Updates are now available for Maria Reyna Xavier University Hospital Post Graduate Training Program

For Applicants for POST GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR NURSES:

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
1. Application letter address to SR. MA. CELESTE F. RIVAS, SPC, Hospital Administrator, Maria Reyna Xavier University Hospital, INC.
Thru: Sr. Henrietta T. Esmero, SPC, Nursing Service Director

2. Comprehensive Resume with 2×2 picture (include list of trainings)

Photocopy of the following:
2. PRC Board Rating
3. BSN Diploma
4. TOR
5. PRC and PNA card

We will accept the above requirements starting on May 7-11, 2012 ONLY at Nursing Service Office at 9 AM – 12 Noon then 2 PM – 4 PM. Applications submitted beyond alloted date will not be accepted.

Please refer on the Bulletin Board near Nsg Service Office on April 23, 2012 regarding the details on the training program.
