Filipino Nurses as mocked by DC Coucilman Marion Barry now has a change of heart

Former District of Columbia, Marion S. Barry Jr. Is the name Filipino nurses can’t forget after his claims regarding the immigrants who have been sweeping their very own local hospitals in his district. He even suggested to start cultivating their own nurses as so not to reach a point of filling vacancies from other countries. As he said below:

If you go to the hospital now, you’ll find a number of immigrants who are nurses, particularly from the Philippines. And no offense but let’s grow our own nurses, and so that we don’t have to go scrounging in our community clinics and other kinds of places, having to hire people from somewhere else.”
