RN Heals 4 Application forms are finally available at the official DOH website. The period for recruitment and selection will start this coming October 29, 2012 until November 29, 2012. Hook up with your nearest Health Development Centers and DOH hospitals for more information and inquiries.

What You Need To Do for RN Heals 4 Application
First, download the application form at the DOH website. Fill up everything. Then, submit applications directly to your respective:
a. Centers for Health Development for Public Health Training in the Rural Health Units
b. DOH hospitals for applicants interested in clinical/hospital training. (For Nurses only)
Take note
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license is strictly required to qualify you as RN Heals applicant. Duration on the other hand of the deployment will be January 2, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
