As A Community Nurse, How Far Can You Go?
Who would ever dreamed of becoming a community nurse when all you have ever thought of is to live extravagantly when you finally get a nursing job abroad?
It would just be living backwards and away from your real dreams.
Those were the words I’ve spoken when I was still in college or during review days. But a year plus after, when RN Heals 3 was already open which will be focusing on Community nursing, there was never a glimpse of hesitation within when I applied. Why, because of UNEMPLOYMENT. Fortunately, I did have my chance to pass the exam and move on for the interview. However, that was the end of it.
After that, the curse again came back regarding community nursing. Because I did not make it, these were the exact words from my post, I am Nurse Germz…
I just realized too that God really knows me well *whisper* because I am not really into community nursing and going to strange places by myself might only cause me danger.
Then, 4 months after, I surprisingly became a Community Nurse. It is not the typical one but still it is in line with it. As long as I am working as an RN, there is no further explanation need with the kind of job I have right now.hehe And take note, I just swallowed my words of going to strange places when in fact, I have already gone as far as Zamboanga del Sur. Wow.
Below are some few shots taken during our area at Calamba, Misamis Occidental.

So, how far can you go as a community nurse?
I think I just did as far to the point that I have already appreciated the true meaning of my profession.
